Spacious room, excellent WiFi, friendly and helpful staff. Reception and breakfast staff were fantastic. Classy and well-maintained common spaces. Owner's attention to detail is impressive. Clean, personable, great breakfast, and convenient location.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was great, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We felt safe and comfortable in the area.

The room we stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, feel a little cramped. It would have been better if the room was more spacious.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was great. The location was perfect, situated in the best area of the city and within walking distance to the restaurants of Palermo Viejo, a pretty area with a number of good restaurants nearby. the hotel was conveniently close to transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided a great selection and the staff cooked our eggs exactly how we liked them.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! It is located in an animated neighborhood where we could easily walk to major attractions or take a short taxi ride. The staff were fantastic with their 24-hour service, always willing to help with whatever we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from air conditioning to a mini-bar. And the spa & wellness center, as well as the seasonal outdoor pool and garden area, were the cherry on top of an already luxurious stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the lovely botanical garden where guests can enjoy nature and tranquility. It is also close to many main tourist attractions, allowing guests to explore the city easily by foot or taxi. Additionally, the hotel is far away from large city noises, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation.

The wardrobe in the room is too small and lacks enough space to arrange clothes properly.

I was amazed by the friendly and helpful staff at Duque Hotel Boutique & Spa. They were very good too make sure I had a fantastic stay. From helping me with directions to recommending great restaurants in the area, their really good service really stood out. The breakfast served in the beautiful small garden was excellent, and the comfortable seating and pretty plantings made it a good experience. The room was clean and well cared for, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good staff and wonderful amenities.

We were able to explore the city without any hassle. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the delicious breakfast selection with a variety of options to choose from, including made-to-order eggs and freshly brewed coffee.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the WiFi was unreliable and had slow download speeds, quite frustrating.

The noise insulation in the room was lacking, making it difficult to sleep at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the quiet Palermo Soho district was perfect for exploring the main attractions by foot or by taxi. The animated Palermo district surrounding the hotel was vibrant and full of life. I felt safe wandering around the neighborhood, even at night. The staff were fantastic and provided 24-hour service. They were always ready to help with any request and had great local knowledge. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, added to the comfort of my stay. The hotel also had a leisure spa and wellness center with a sauna, jacuzzi, and reflex massage, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The seasonal outdoor pool and garden area were also a nice touch.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
